Shipping & Returns Policy

 

SHIPPING POLICY

At this time, we only offer a single flat rate shipping option via USPS Priority Mail. We are currently working on expanding our shipping options and lowering our rates as we grow.

We do not currently offer international shipping at this time. If you are interested in purchasing Native Color goods outside of the U.S., please email hello@nativecolor.co.

 

RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept full price goods for returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please mail your unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase to the address below.

For all exchanges, please include a note with the size / item for which you’d like to exchange along with authorization to charge the card used on the original order for the additional $7 shipping fee.

All sale items and gift cards are final sale. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Because of the limited nature of our products, if you are interested in making an exchange, we recommend sending an email to us first at hello@nativecolor.co for confirmation that your desired size and item for exchange are in stock. Upon receipt of a confirmation email, please send your original merchandise, unwashed, unused and without alteration, to us at the address above. There will be a $7 charge for shipping and handling for all exchanges. Please include a check or approval of these charges with your item.

Native Color will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. When your item is received, we will credit the card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 3 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. Please note shipping and handling charges are not refundable. we reserve the right to refuse the return of washed, worn and damaged items, or any item returned after 30 days from original delivery.
All sale items and gift cards are final sale. We do not offer exchanges, returns or store credit for final sale items.
